Él mismo posee un profundo desconocimiento tanto de los Convenios Colectivos de Trabajo como de la actividad marítima y fluvial, principalmente la que se desarrolla por los ríos Paraná – Paraguay (la denominada Hidrovia).
A través de muchos años hubo falta de políticas, sumada a malas decisiones por parte de los gobiernos que hicieron que la actividad esté atravesando esta situación crítica, perdiendo innumerables puestos de trabajos y poniendo en peligro la Soberania Nacional, y que las organizaciones gremiales, integrantes de esta Federación venimos denunciando hace muchos años.
Si un precandicato a la Presidencia, en campaña habla de esta forma sobre los Convenios Colectivos de Trabajo, imaginamos ante un eventual triunfo, un futuro tan complejo como el atravesado durante la década del 90.
