GRAVE DENUNCIA POR MALVERSACIÓN DE FONDOS Y ADMINISTRACIÓN FRAUDULENTA EN EL SINDICATO DE PANADEROS
Secretario General del Sindicato de Obreros Panaderos de Lanus, Gabriel Ruiz, presentó una denuncia penal contra la Federación Argentina Unión Personal Panaderías y Afines (FAUPPA), por “manejos irregulares del fondos” y “distintos delitos de acción pública que afectan a los trabajadores panaderos”.
La denuncia fue presentada el 11 de septiembre y quedó radicada en el Juzgado Federal Nº 11, e involucra al fallecido Secretario General,* Abel Frutos*, a su Secretario Adjunto, Miguel Angel Rodríguez y al tesorero, Gastón Frutos, hijo del dirigente fallecido. No se descarta en la denuncia la participación o connivencia de funcionarios del Ministerio de Trabajo de la Nación (antes Secretaría de Trabajo) que durante la gestión llevada a cabo en el período diciembre 2015/ diciembre 2019 tuvieron conocimiento de los mismos y los consintieron “de manera activa u omisiva”.
Se pide, en la presentación judicial, que se investigue si hubo “administración infiel” por parte del Consejo Directivo de la Federación, en el manejo y la administración de bienes; o si buscaron otros intereses ajenos a la protección o cuidado de los trabajadores panaderos. Remarca la denunca “maniobras abusivas en provecho de algunos encumbrados dirigentes de la Federación.

Por último, se remarca que “a partir de la actuación de Frutos y sus colaborados cercanos, se generó un estado de decadencia masiva y desatención de la función básica en la defensa de los trabajadores, además de un desmedro y absoluto desmanejo del patrimonio sindical”. Concluye que “muchas de las 28 filiales, por decisión unilateral, se encuentran intervenidas de manera irregular para fomentar el manejo espureo de su patrimonio, a expensas y en detrimento de los derechos de los trabajadores”.
