DENUNCIAN PENALMENTE A LA POLICIA DE LA CIUDAD POR REPRESION A PROVIDAS
El debate por el proyecto de despenalización del aborto enviado por el presidente Fernández para su tratamiento en prórroga a las sesiones ordinarias ya generó, a diferencia del intento del ex presidente Macri, mayores costos políticos. Uno de ellos se refiere a la durísima represión policial volcada sobre un grupo de manifestantes provida que se encontraban armando un escenario en el sector designado por el gobierno para ellos, durante la noche previa a la votación del jueves.
La denuncia penal por “apremios ilegales, vejaciones y abuso de autoridad” fue radicada por siete de los damnificados y lesionados por la violencia policial, entre los cuales se encuentra el presidente de la Fundación Mas Vida, y cuenta con el patrocinio letrado de varios de los abogados de dicha ONG.
La responsabilidad de los hechos recae, hasta el momento, sobre el accionar de la Policía de la Ciudad a cargo del Subcomisario Suarez perteneciente a la Comisaría vecinal 1 “B”, quien diera la orden de represión y detención de los provida que se encontraban montando la estructura que llevaría las luces del escenario. Dicho armado se encontraba a cargo de la Mesa de Enlace Provida, una suerte de federación que agrupa a mas de 500 organizaciones “celestes”, y contaba con todos los requisitos y permisos tramitados. No obstante, para sorpresa de los celestes, al llegar el día martes para el armado de acuerdo a lo solicitado se encontraron con el Congreso vallado, y que el sector perteneciente a Av. Rivadavia (mas próximo a Diputados), ya había sido designado inconsultamente por el gobierno a quienes impulsan el aborto. Además, y para mayor sorpresa aún, encontraron en su lugar un escenario “oficial” montado por la Cámara de Diputados, cuyos encargados designarían quienes podrían hablar y que decir. Así por ejemplo, dentro de las pautas, se prohibió a la mayoría de las ONG celestes representativas subir a expresarse, como así también a los sacerdotes y pastores.
No obstante, -según manifestaron los organizadores- el armado del escenario contratado por la Mesa de Enlace tuvo lugar el martes sin mayor inconveniente, hasta la madrugada previa al debate, cuando en ocasión de montar la estructura que llevaría las luces y las pantallas, se acercó el subcomisario Suárez, ordenando el secuestro de la estructura aduciendo “órdenes de arriba”. A continuación de ello, rondando la 1 de la madrugada, desplegó una fuerza descomunal de alrededor de 50 efectivos policiales, entre personal de investigaciones y la Guardia de Infantería, para luego proceder a avanzar con ellos sobre los cerca de 40 manifestantes provida, compuestos por familias con mujeres y niños.
Ante la amenaza de la presencia policial intimidatoria y totalmente desproporcionada frente a las familias que allí se encontraban pacíficamente sin representar amenaza alguna, varios voluntarios comenzaron a transmitir videos en “vivo” a través de las redes sociales, los que inmediatamente se viralizaron –y ahora fueron aportados como prueba a la justicia- en donde se observa como una columna de policías masculinos, armados con escudos y bastones comienza a golpear violentamente a todos los provida, sin distinguir entre adultos y menores, mujeres o varones. De la brutal golpiza, 7 voluntarios resultaron heridos y debieron ser asistidos por las ambulancias del SAME que luego se hicieron presentes en el lugar, 2 de los cuales eran niñas de 12 y 13 años respectivamente, y otra manifestante debió ser hospitalizada por una herida de bala de goma en la pierna.
Facundo Gauto, coordinador de la Mesa de Enlace expresó a este medio “la violencia sufrida por parte de la brutal represión de la Policía de la Ciudad solo recuerda a los peores años de la Argentina. Vimos una policía sacada, impune, pegando con sus bastones a niñas inocentes que se encontraban en la vigilia del debate, cuidando la estructura del escenario que tramitamos en tiempo y forma. Repudiamos y condenamos esta brutalidad policíaca nunca vista, y cobardemente volcada sobre el sector celeste, mientras que con los verdes solo demuestran complicidad, obedeciendo las órdenes del Rodriguez Larreta, cuya postura es claramente abortista”.
El Dr. Raul Magnasco, presidente de la Fundación Mas Vida (la mayor entre las celestes), y uno de los damnificados aseguró por su parte “No hay argumento legal para prohibirnos a ultimo momento armar nuestro escenario, solo porque querían subordinar a la causa provida a un capricho oficial, para silenciarnos. No podrán silenciar el reclamo del 80 % de los argentinos, ni aún enviando las balas y los bastones de la policía a amedrentarnos. Eso solo demuestra su cobardía y desesperación. Solicitaremos una reunión con el Jefe de Gobierno para resolver inmediatamente este atropello a la democracia y a la institucionalidad, esperamos que la justicia ordene inmediatamente las sanciones previstas en nuestro código penal ante tan agravado atentado”.
Hasta el momento, el equipo aún sigue confiscado por la Policía de la Ciudad, lo que habría originado un expediente adicional por daños y perjuicios al propietario de la estructura, que en nada esta vinculado a la organización ya que es un proveedor de la misma, y hoy se encuentra impedido de ejercer su medio de vida por la arbitraria decisión policial.
La causa recayó en el Juzgado Criminal y Correccional N° 36, con intervención de la Fiscalía CyC N° 12, y actualmente los provida se encuentran a la espera de las medidas judiciales.
