En Sindicato Obreros Marítimos Unidos (SOMU), y el Centro de Capitanes de Ultramar, intimaron a la empresa YPF, “el estricto cumplimiento de la ley” que indica: “Todos los buques y artefactos navales de bandera extranjera autorizados para actuar en el cabotaje nacional por periodos superiores a los treinta (30) días consecutivos o no consecutivos en el año, deberán ser tripulados exclusivamente por personal argentino, pudiendo incluir técnicos extranjeros en condición de supernumerarios, en la forma y condiciones establecidas en la presente ley (Ley 27.419).
Ayer, en la reunión pautada en la Subsecretaría de Vías Navegables, participaron reapresentantes de YPF, los titulares de los gremios comprometidos y el Subsecretario del área.
Ante la postura de los gremios, harán una próxima reunión, ya que las propuestas de la empresa estatal, fueron insuficientes y siguen infringiendo “la letra y el espíritu” de la ley que los regula.
Por estas causales, el SOMU se encuentra en ESTADO DE ALERTA PERMANETE, y de no encontrar una respuesta favorable a su solicitud, iniciará las medidas de fuerza que se consideren necesarias, a fin de proteger los derechos y el empleo de sus representados.
