MASSA ANUNCIÓ FINANCIAMIENTO POR $500.000 MILLONES PARA PYMES
| Buenos Aires, 28 octubre El ministro de Economía, Sergio Massa, anunció hoy la puesta en marcha del programa “Crédito Argentino” y de medidas de alivio fiscal para empresas que producen bienes de capital, que apuntan a “mantener pujantes” a las pymes. Según el funcionario, el programa -al que se destinarán $500.000 millones- apunta a “mantener pujantes” a las pequeñas y medianas empresas, a partir de una línea de préstamos a tasas subsidiadas. “El programa tiene un primer origen, que es el de poner todos los recursos del Estado a financiar el desarrollo económico de las pymes. Vamos a subsidiar el 30% de la tasa y promover el crédito direccionado para los sectores productivos y promover también las políticas de beneficios fiscales para aquellos que generan trabajo”, enfatizó Massa. En un acto que se realizó en la localidad bonaerense de Escobar, el jefe del Palacio de Hacienda aseguró que el Gobierno “no tiene el capricho de juntar reservas, sino que cuando nuestro Banco Central está respaldado por reservas que son producto de del trabajo argentino, esas reservas le dan fortaleza y credibilidad a nuestra moneda”. “Todo apunta a consolidar nuestra credibilidad para la inserción internacional”, resaltó. Por su parte, el secretario de Industria y Desarrollo Productivo, José de Mendiguren, dijo que el programa “Crédito Argentino” constituye “el programa más grande que se haya lanzado en el país, que nos permitirá aumentar en un 40% el crpédito que hoy existe”. Según el funcionario, no solo se bonifica la tasa en un 30% sino que además “permitimos que los Gobiernos provinciales permiten un 3% más de subsidios, lo que convertiría a este programa en uno de los instrumentos más potentes”. De Mendiguren destacó además el relanzamiento del Fondo Nacional de Desarrollo Productivo (Fondep) que significan $250.000 millones a través de siete líneas, que apuntan a la “simplificación y la eficiencia” del financiamiento, contra las 30 que existían hasta el momento. Esas líneas son para financiar inversión, exportación y sustitución de importaciones de empresas pymes. Asimismo, señaló que en septiembre de 2019 el sector de bienes de capital utilizaba el 40% de su capacidad instalada, pero luego de acumular 20 meses consecutivos consecutivos de contracción, hoy el uso de esa capacidad está en el 60%. “En Argentina muchas veces tuvimos excelentes proyectos pero no teníamos financiamiento, y a veces al revés. Por eso vamos a estabilizar pero tenemos claro adonde vamos: cambiar la matriz productiva de la Argentina que es lo que nos lleva a crisis recurrente”, subrayó el funcionario. Para eso, dijo, los bienes de capital “son un tema clave, hay que incentivarlos rápido, pero sin financiamiento no se puede”. |
