Hoy que Evita no está y se cumplen 68 años de su paso a la inmortalidad, hay miles de mujeres que honran su ejemplo de ternura y amor, su lucha y su entrega. Ellas levantan su bandera y la llevan con esfuerzo diario a la victoria. Hoy, si Evita viviera, sería una de esas trabajadoras esenciales en esta pandemia. Las trabajadoras de la economía popular que organizadas y comprometidas llevan adelante tareas productivas, sociales y comunitarias para sostener a nuestro Pueblo.
Los movimientos populares, en una tarea complementaria con el Estado en todos sus niveles, han asumido la responsabilidad militante de cuidar a su comunidad. Esta tarea esencial se expresa en las postas sanitarias organizadas en los barrios populares, en las y los promotores de salud del programa Detectar, en el acompañamiento que las promotoras de género dan a las mujeres en situación de violencia, en los espacios productivos que sostienen el trabajo, en los almuerzos, meriendas y cenas que las trabajadoras socio comunitarias y del cuidado brindan a través de viandas a miles de familias.
Estas no son solamente tareas solidarias que surgen del amor, son principalmente un trabajo que genera valor agregado y riqueza. Es necesario entender que no puede haber soluciones en el territorio sin la participación activa de la comunidad que lo habita.
Por eso, la Ley Ramona se hace imprescindible para reconocer económicamente a las trabajadoras que le ponen el cuerpo a esta realidad, para que otras familias necesitadas transiten la pandemia en mejores condiciones. También es necesario que el futuro ingreso universal ciudadano garantice la posibilidad que todas y todos los trabajadores tengan los mismos derechos y todos los trabajos tengan las condiciones básicas de dignidad.
Las tareas esenciales de las trabajadoras de la economía popular están íntimamente vinculadas al mismo sentido que tenía la Fundación Eva Perón, que no pretendía desarrollar caridad sino principalmente lograr una transferencia de recursos de las minorías que los concentran a las mayorías.
La pandemia vino a profundizar las desigualdades que preexistían a la misma y con las que nos ha tocado empezar a gobernar. La industria nacional, los comercios y la economía popular, social y solidaria serán partes imprescindibles de la reactivación económica.
Dice Francisco en la última carta que envió a los movimientos populares: “Espero que los gobiernos comprendan que los paradigmas tecnocráticos no son suficientes para abordar esta crisis ni los otros grandes problemas de la humanidad. Ahora más que nunca, son las personas, las comunidades, los pueblos quienes deben estar en el centro, unidos para curar, cuidar, compartir”.
Hoy los movimientos populares están organizados y presentes en cada barrio, en cada asentamiento, en cada villa, en cada paraje con las tareas diarias de contención social y producción popular. Presentes en cada conflicto social para que pueda convertirse en políticas públicas que den soluciones.
Sus trabajadoras llevan el espíritu de aquella Fundación Evita para lograr la justicia social en la Argentina, que necesariamente tendrá que llegar de la mano de la soberanía política y la independencia económica.
