LANZAN UN “PAN SOCIAL” A BAJO PRECIO PARA VENDER EN BARRIOS HUMILDES
El Sindicato de Panaderos de Lanús lanzó un “pan social” para los lugares más vulnerables del distrito y acordó vender el kilo a $ 75 pesos. Además, ofrecen facturas a 140 pesos la docena y prepizzas a costos muy bajos. Esta iniciativa, que busca ser replicada en las panaderías de todo el país, se da en el marco de la celebración del Día del Panadero.
“Estamos orgullosos del trabajo que hacemos todos los días, y nos engrandese esta iniciativa que lanzamos acá, porque buscamos que no falte el pan en la mesa de nadie” remarcó Gabriel Ruiz, titular del gremio de panadero de Lanús al presentar la propuesta.
Por otra parte, Ruiz recalcó que “la situación de los panaderos no deja de ser difícil, pero seguiremos enfrentando este virus, trabajando todos los días como lo hemos hecho, y saliendo a porducir este alimento tan esencial para la gente, ya que no hemos tenido la oportunidad de quedarnos en casa” remarcó.
DÍA DEL PANADERO
El 4 de agosto de 1887 se fundó la Sociedad Cosmopolita de Resistencia y Colocación de Obreros Panaderos, considerada como el primer sindicato de panaderos del país. Por eso, cada 4 de agosto se conmemora en la Argentina el Día del Panadero. Este año, la celebración llega en un momento especial, en media de la pandemia, que generó una crisis económica que golpea a todos los sectores.
Finalmente, Gabriel Ruiz, explicó que esta movida solidaria “la hicimos con un grupo de panaderías que nos pusimos de acuerdo, con el objetivo que sean de buena calidad. Yo soy panadero, no me pueden decir que no se puede hacer calidad con este precio”, destacó el dirigente y concejal lanusense del bloque Juntos por el Cambio.
Sobre la situación laboral, Ruiz admitió que “es difícil” porque “las confiterías grandes al no tienen servicio de lunch, venden menos. Estamos acompañando a los empresario para que nos acompañen a nosotros”, concluyó el dirigente.
La Delegación Lanús de Panaderos, acordó el pago del medio aguinaldo, y que no se despida ni se suspenda al personal.
