TRABAJADORES QUÍMICOS CON CONVENIO RECORD: 52 %
Los trabajadores de la industria química de la rama que fabrica “acumuladores eléctricos (baterías)”, lograron un incremento salarial del 52,5% para todo este año, batiendo un record en las discusiones paritarias.
“La clave de una discusión paritaria es sentarse con buena fe y con firmeza a defender lo que piden nuestros trabajadores” sentenció Fabián Hermoso, Secretario General de la Federación Argentina de Trabajadores de Industrias Químicas y Petroquímicas (FATIQYP); “así es como logramos firmar estos muy buenos y favorables convenios para nuestros trabajadores”, señaló.
Los trabajadores químicos cerraron en agosto la segunda parte o el reajuste de 2019/2020 con un incremento del 25%, impactando directamente en los sueldos básicos. En octubre de este año se logró un acuerdo del 10% para septiembre, otro 10% para noviembre y un 7,5% para enero de 2021. Todos estos incrementos van al sueldo básico e impactan en los conceptos adicionales. A mitad de enero próximo habrá revisión más a una suma de $ 8.000 la cuál se abona en la 1* quincena de febrero de 2021, y $ 4.000 y en la 1* quincena de marzo de próximo año.
