VENTA CALLEJERA: REALIZAN NUMEROSOS ALLANAMIENTOS CONTRA MANTEROS EN ONCE
| Buenos Aires, 4 enero La Policía de la Ciudad realizaba hoy una serie de allanamientos en el barrio porteño de Balvanera, en el marco de una causa por ocupar la vía pública “en ejercicio de actividad lucrativa” por parte de los manteros. La Fiscalía de Flagrancias y el Juzgado en lo Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas número 30 ordenaron la realización de 22 allanamientos en la zona, en torno a la terminal ferroviaria de Once. Por ese motivo, personal de la División Contravenciones y Faltas contra el Orden Público de la Policía de la Ciudad realizaban un operativo desde las 7 de este miércoles. Los allanamientos se llevan a cabo en los depósitos donde los manteros guardan la mercadería. De acuerdo a un reciente informe de la Cámara Argentina de Comercio y Servicios (CAC) en noviembre último se detectaron 1.049 puestos de venta callejera ilegal en la Ciudad y Once fue el barrio más afectado por este fenómeno. Según el relevamiento de esa entidad empresaria, las 10 cuadras más afectadas contuvieron al 60,6% del total de puestos ubicados en calles, avenidas y peatonales. De esas 10 cuadras, 6 están ubicadas en Once, con una participación de 36,2% en el total detectado; las otras 4 cuadras más afectadas se encontraron en Floresta, en la Avenida Avellaneda, con una participación de 24,5%. El rubro más comercializado fue Indumentaria y calzado, que abarcó el 71,1%, seguido por Alimentos y bebidas con el 14,2% del total. El principal centro de comercialización ilegal para esas categorías fue Once, entre las avenidas y calles y la estación 11 de septiembre, entre las estaciones y plazas. Ese barrio también encabezó las falsificaciones del rubro Indumentaria y calzado. |
