La expansión del la pandemia castigo al principio duramente a Italia, con imágenes imborrables del memoria colectiva de la Ciudad de Bergamo en donde se veían camiones militares trasladando atúdes con los los muertos. España, Francia y el Reino Unido comenzaron a mostrar números alarmantes de casos y fallecidos.
En marzo también EEUU, empezó a expandir la circulación comunitaria, con números exponenciales la pandemia se espiralizó mientras el mundo obsevaba atónito la actitud de la administración Trump, que decidió no hacer nada para frenar la pandemia. Retiró a su país de la OMS, acusando a esta organización internacional de impericia y complicidad con China por el manejo de la Pandemia.
En un abrir y cerrar de ojos, el virus se diseminó por Brasil, Chile, Ecuador, Perú y más tarde (por el retraso que generó la cuarentena) se multiplicó con potencia a la Argentina.
La escenas de desastre e impotencia se repitieron de país en país como si fueran una fotografía de la misma historia pero en distintos países. El 2020 fue un año en el que el Coronavirus se habrá llevado casi 2 millones de vidas, 2 millones de historias y 2 millones de familias que llorarán su pérdida.
